All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

ZIMA reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

ZIMA reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment issues or product unavailability. Where payment has already been received for an order that we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received or authorised.

7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns

Consumers purchasing online generally have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without having to provide a reason, subject to applicable law and statutory exceptions.

Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal must notify ZIMA within the applicable withdrawal period.

Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products may be inspected or tried on only to the extent reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and fit. Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for this purpose.

8. Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, the applicable refund will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Where required by applicable consumer law, standard delivery costs paid for the original order will also be refunded when the customer validly exercises the right of withdrawal.

9. Faulty or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods.
